Event Volunteer
We simply couldn’t accomplish our mission without our incredible team of volunteers. Dinner in the Vines requires many hands and hearts to bring it to life, and we’re so grateful for your willingness to serve.
We’ve broken volunteer opportunities into specific roles and shifts to help you find the best fit. While some timing details may be refined as the event approaches, this gives a strong picture of where help is most needed.

Event Setup (General)
Assist with general event preparation -
Tablescape & Decor
Set tables, place linens, centerpieces, and final styling touches -
Floral Team
Assist with arranging floral centerpieces on Friday -
Registration & Guest Check-In
Welcome guests, assist with check-in and distribute materials -
Silent Auction Support
Help guests navigate the auction, answer questions, and assist with bidding -
Live Auction Support Assist our Live Auction lead as a spotter during the live auction and paddle raise ​

Food & Beverage Support
Assist vendors and staff with light service needs, water stations, or guest guidance -
Event Support
Fill in where needed during the event -
Breakdown & Clean Up
Assist with tear down, packing, loading, and resetting post-event
