On a beautiful spring evening, 360 guests and 30 volunteers gathered at Beretta vineyard for our most impactful event yet, Dinner in the Vines 2025. Surrounded by beauty and community we shared powerful stories, enjoyed a delicious Italian feast and united around our mission to support families facing heart failure.

Thanks to the generosity of our attendees and sponsors, we raised a record-breaking $348,000, every dollar helping to provide critical wraparound care, stable housing, meals, and hope for the families we serve. It was an unforgettable night of purpose, connection, and love in action.​ We're so grateful to everyone who helped to make it possible!
